God Is With Me

My mother took me to church from the time I was an infant. I asked Jesus to be my Saviour as a little girl. Growing up as a teen, I served the Lord. I went to university. The Lord went with me. I got married and had a son. God has been my faithful friend. God is with us in our marriage.

I have come to the realization that I don’t know what life is like without God in it. I will go a step further and say that I don’t want to live my life without God in it!

God is not someone I visit on Sunday morning. He is right here with me 24/7. My goal is to include Him in every part of my life… to let Him be Lord of everything.

All to Jesus I surrender,
Humbly at His feet I bow;
Worldly pleasures all forsaken,
Take me, Jesus, take me now.

Prayer

Jesus, thank You for being with me in every part of my life. Help me to surrender all of my decisions, all of my relationships, and all of my plans to You, Lord. I offer You my heart and all that I am. Be Lord of everything. Amen.
